While all our Kota Grills include a 2-sided Rotating Grill, you may want to order a second one to give you even more cooking surfaces! Special attachment alllows you to raise and lower the grill grid, for "Santa Maria" style cooking. Grill can be rotated for traditional "Blazing" technique.
