Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
On accessories, we have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, provided it has not been used and is in its original packaging.
To start a accessory return, you can contact us at email@example.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label and we will issue a refund upon receipt.
If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your Grill, please contact us so that we can try to resolve any issues. If you wish to return the item we are happy to issue you a refund, minus a shipping and restocking fee. Please contact us so that we can arrange pick up and return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, disassembled, unused, and in its original boxes. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
