Shipping policy

We've estimated a shipping charge. However, as our grills will require LTL freight shipping, due to their size and weight, we'll need to provide you with a revised quote after you place your order, depending on your exact order. We will be in touch with you to issue a partial refund or request additional shipping charges, depending on the result of our quote.  We'll be happy to cancel your order if the delivery charge is not acceptable to you.
